Return & Refund Policy
Hello! Thank you for checking out my books and gift cards. I put a lot of care and personal attention into each item purchased, signing and adding a special inscription just for you. Here’s how I handle the nitty-gritty of returns and refunds:
Custom Creations
Everything I make is specially made for its new owner, which means I can’t take returns. Your item is yours alone, made just for you with your unique inscription and signature.
Damaged Items
I do my best to make sure your items arrive in tip-top shape. But if something arrives and it’s not looking its best, here’s what you can do within 3 days of receiving your order:
- Let me know by sending over pictures of the damage, your order number, and how I can contact you. You can do this by emailing me at elliot@elliotoracle.com
- I’ll jump on it, and if it’s clear the item was damaged on its way to you, (c) I’ll replace it at no extra cost to you; you don’t need to return the damaged item, I will send the replacement and you can recycle or donate the damaged copy.
For Non-Damaged Items
If you’re not feeling thrilled about your purchase for any reason other than damage, I really want to hear about it. While I can’t take back custom items, I’m all ears on how I can make your experience better.
